Job Descriptions

• Responsible to plan the manpower and machines according to the orders within the sewing lines of the in charge areas
• Build up the plan and follow to prepare for changeover: loading, training, manpower, style study…
• Responsible to manage all the sewing process to make sure production input on time
• Research and propose any ideas/solution to ensure Output/efficiency improvement
• Responsible to build up the target and follow up
• Work with quality team to implement quality program, study and follow up new orders
• Responsible to check and review daily quality with Sewing Supervisor and Garment Technician to ensure the quality improvement in line
• Analyze and identify the key expectations of operators for their job
• Coordinate with HR Department to instruct and implement the training program for new staffs or new orders
• Build up and remain the good working relationship
• Other tasks will be discussed during the interview process.

Working Location: Nearby Hanoi

Working Time: Monday – Friday

Job Requirements

• At least 3 years experienced at the similar position for garment/ apparel manufacturing company
• Must have experience to manage at least 10 sewing lines
• Can communicate in English.
