Job Descriptions
- Responsible to assist Manager in monitoring and managing the sewing production floor to ensure that the production process is implemented based on the delivery schedule and approved budget
- Responsible to make the monthly delivery schedule as per the customer requirement
- Communicate with relevant departments to take any action to solve any issues in the production process in order to eliminate the root cause and compete an entire style in a timely manner
- Responsible to support Manager to conduct a daily meeting to supervise actual production against the planned the loss time quality and technical issues and provide the solutions if any
- Comply with 6S, Health and Safety, Production & Social compliance procedures
- Participate in the PP meeting with relevant teams related to production
- Other duties will be assigned by manager
Working Time: Monday – Saturday
Working Location: Bac Giang
Job Requirements
- At least 4 years experience at the similar position for garment/apparel manufacturing factory
- Good experience in 6S, Lean, Kaizen
- Management, presentation and problem – solving skills
- Fluent in English
