Job Description
- Understand and have the ability to cross-sell bank products and services
- Develop and promote good community relations
- Manage all aspects of branch operations
- Supervise customer service representatives, personal bankers and platform personnel
- Develop and coach staff, creating a motivating environment and recognizing success of employees
- Ensure compliance with appropriate Bank regulatory and legal entities
- Other tasks will be discussed further in the interview
Job Requirements
- Be energetic, self-motivated, and able to initiate innovative approaches to various marketing efforts
- Bachelor Degree
- At least 7 years experience in the same or relevant position
- Good interpersonal skill
- Can-do attitude
- Good Computer skill
