Job Description
- Responsible to calculate accurate SMV including operation breakdown of samples
- Work with Sales & Merchandiser Team and Technical Team to receive the document from customer such as tech packs/BOM/specifications in order to understand the requirements of customers
- Implement to observe sewing machine operators and then conduct time study
- Find out, identify and analyze machine operator inefficiencies and bottle neck areas and then provide the advice/solution for them
- Capture time lines of sewing operators & compare with established SMV category lists
- Make daily, weekly and monthly reports and reports to management
- Other duties will be discussed during the interview
Working Time: Monday to Saturday
Working Location: Hanoi
Job Requirements
- At least 3 years experience as Industrial engineer in garment companies. Prefer candidates who own GSD license
- Should have knowledge of calculation of sample operation and also have deep experience in production operation.
- Good at English communication skills
