Job Description

• Responsible for calculating the SMV for new styles and costings
• Apply and implement GSD in production floor.
• Analyse the feasibility for issues and find out to correct it in order to achieve the production targets
• In charge of line balance for efficient production flow to meet the targets
• Improve the production efficiency by method study and time study.
• Coordinate with relevant teams and follow up production and quality to ensure the ontime delivery
• Work with Sale & Merchandiser to calculate the Thread consumption
• Responsible to research and set the target based on SMV & manpower.
• Support operators and motivate them to achieve the target
• Attend the Pre-production meetings for any new products
• Coach and train the operators and staffs
• Responsible to production plan with each styles according to the priority.
• Follow up IE concepts/methodology line balancing concepts, time & motion study.
• Other tasks will be discussed on the interview

Working Time: Monday to Saturday 

Working Location: Long An

Job Requirements

• At least 4 years experience as IE Manager for garment manufacturing company
• Prefer candidate who own GSD Licence
• Ability to analyze and solve complex problems
• Fluent in English
