Job Descriptions
- Responsible to be a bridge between sales teams and internal team of factory to transfer information about the orders
- Follow up the workflow and report to person in charge if there is any issues arising during the whole production process
- Responsible to hold the meeting with internal teams to clarify new working procedures, new customers’ requests or find out any issues to prevent before the bulk production
- Follow up and record the report related to production status and send to management or related teams
- Update the daily production status on the common file.
- Attend meeting with both internal and external teams
- Other tasks will be assigned by manager.
Working Time: Monday – Saturday
Working Location: Hung Yen
Job Requirements
- At least 2 years’ experience to work at the same position for garment/textile Company
- Good skills in communication and problem – solving
- Good at English skills.
