Job Descriptions
- Communicate and receive the order information from customers
- Coordinate with internal teams and follow up the production process and progress
- Update the production progress to customer and responsible to handle customer’s feedback about the product
- Daily check and follow up the order production reports to ensure the ontime delivery as per the confirmation with customers
- Be a liaison between customers and internal teams to exchange information and solve any issues arising the production process
- Responsible to perform other responsibilities by manager.
Working Time: Monday – Saturday
Working Location: Binh Duong
Job Requirements
- At least 2 years’ experience to work as Merchandise in the field of garment
- Good at communication and presentation skills
- Fluent in English communication.
