Job Discription

• Responsible for all merchandising activities from development stage to production stage until the shipment.
• Ensure product costing & pricing process/procedure.
• Ensure to maintain on time delivery and quality of products as requested
• Responsible to manage and control the client accounts from orders to shipment, Inventory and Supply chain.
• Communicate with the customers for all the merchandising activities including marketing, price quoting, and negotiation and sourcing.
• Coordinate with purchase and warehouse teams to arrange all kinds of fabric and accessories to fit with requirement of production process
• Be a partner with customers for all the merchandising activities like order booking, processing, order follow up & export planning.
• Responsible to follow up orders and ensure to meet the time line.
• Work with production team in order to deliver on time shipment and ensure to update order status to customers
• Work closely with QA team to ensure the quality of products from initial to final stage of the production.
• Work with sales tram in sourcing new buyers, collecting orders, shipment follow-up and communication with buyers.
• Follow up on all production process and take any actions if there is any issues arising during bulk production
• Communicate closely with buyers and suppliers for any update of the production.
• Responsible to welcome customers/suppliers visits and attend the meetings
• Support and advise staffs to improve their skills
• Other responsibilities will be detailed during the interview

Working Time: Monday – Saturday 

Working Location: Nearby Hanoi

Job Requirements

• At least 15 years experience to work at garment/apparel Company and min 6 years working as Merchandising Manager
• Strong skills in analytical, problem solving and negotiation
• Proficiency in English communication.
