Responsible to work regularly with customers on orders and received the order confirmation and then work with Planning team to follow up the production plan to ensure to meet the target of the sales and profit
Remain and develop customer relationships by reaching customer’s satisfaction
Responsible to monitor and control the Purchasing team to ensure the Estimate Time Arrival of fabric and trims/accessary are meet with the production schedule.
Coordinate with relevant department to review and check the profit of styles, delivery performance, and manufacturing capacity for seasons to propose any suggestions/ideas and take necessary actions timely
Responsible to follow up the charts and work with relevant teams to inform the letter of credit and cash requirements
Lead the recruitment and training programs for staff within the department to ensure to build an excellence teams as per the business development requirement of organization
Work with IT team to implement and improve system operated effectively and efficiently
Involve meetings with customers, pp meetings, and other management meetings if required
Other tasks will be reviewed during the interview process.

Working Location: Dong Nai

Working Time: Monday – Saturday

Own the Bachelor’s Degree or above in Apparel Merchandising, Business Administration, or related fields
At least 5 years experience to work at the same position for garment/apparel company
Deeply knowledge of garment manufacturing process, merchandising manual, apparel market trends, customers requirement, and logistics
Excellent leadership, communication and presentation skills
Excellent English skills.
