Communicate and coordinate with Vendor to send all the details of information of new season including new fabric, trims, embroidery, print, styles…
Responsible to check and review the Time and Action Plan for every season based on the types of fabric and trims to ensure to meet the production target as requested
Work with Vendor to set the production plan
Responsible to negotiate with fabric mills and supplier about fabric cost, trim cost and delivery time for better cost
Search and work with both the exiting Vendors and new Vendors to select the suitable ones with best cost.
Coordinate with fabric QC team and fabric mills in case there are fabric issues arising during the development stage and bulk process
Work with Technical team to review the sewing constructions on sample
Propose and discuss any changes in garment construction to customer from developing stage and before bulk production
Attend meetings with Technical team and Vendor to find out and predict any potential risks and then be called out at the early stage.
Work with relevant teams to follow up test report of fabric, garment & trims
Ensure fabrics and trims are delivered on time and satisfied both quality and quantity to meet the production target
Coordinate with Production teams follow up production status and take any actions arising during bulk process
Work and double check with Forwarders to ensure factory does not miss any booking and bookings are correct
Other tasks will be reviewed during the interview process

Working Time: Monday – Friday

Working Location: HCMC

At least 15 years experience to work at the similar position in the field of garment/apparel with min 6 years experience to work as Senior Merchandising Manager
Proven – experience in garment sourcing, allocating resources, budgeting and planning for large garment organization
Strong analytical, management and negotiation skills.
Proficient in English communication.
