Job Descriptions

• Responsible to receive the order from buyer and communicate with factories to implement the order
• Hold the meetings with vendors to inform all the information and requirement of the order to make sure that they well – understand
• Work with internal team to make the plan for samples and production orders of new season
• Responsible to collect the garment samples, trims and different types of swatches from the vendors
• Communicate with vendor to update the latest comments of each style of samples
• Send the samples to buyer and follow up until receiving the confirmation of buyer
• Update the status of the order to buyer
• Work closely with factory team to about production schedule and ensure the quality standard the ontime delivery
• Other tasks will be assigned by manager.

Working Time: Monday – Friday 

Working Location: HCMC

Job Requirements

• From 3+ year-experience in the field of garment
• Good skill in problem – solving and communication
• Fluent in English skills,
