Job Descriptions

• Responsible to monitor all the operation activities of merchandiser department
• Coordinate with relevant teams to build up and follow up the company operation plan including both sales and production plans
• Responsible to allocate and arrange the staff of merchandising teams based on the plan and work urgency
• Manage and instruct staffs to ensure the quality and efficiency of the work
• Communicate closely with customer/buyer to understand their requirement and then train to staffs to ensure they well – understand about the different styles and different parts of the product at the sample development stage until receiving the approval of customers/buyers
• Work with production teams during bulk process and be liaison between customers/buyes with factory and follow up the production plan to solve any urgent case at the bulk process
• Work with purchasing team to ensure that the fabrics and accessary for bulk production arrive in the warehouse on time and satisfied about the quantity and quality
• Coordinate with other teams such as the sales, sample room, and warehouse department to make sure the whole production process go smoothly
• Responsible to prepare garment cost and receive the approval of management before sending to sales team and customers/buyers
• Implement and follow the company’s management system and ensure that the staffs to comply with rules and discipline of the company to prevent and avoid mistakes of the work
• Responsible to report to management
• Attend or be host any meetings with relevant parties if needed
• Other tasks will be discussed during the interview process.

Working Location: Long An

Working Time: Monday – Saturday

Job Requirements

• At least 5 years experience to work as merchandising manager for garment manufacturing company
• Good skills in communication, coordination and management capabilities
• Fluent in English skills.
