Job Descriptions
- Responsible to monitor and plan to evaluate merchandise assortment and research the market to make to sales schedule at the Sales & Merchandising department
- Build up to develop and implement sales plans to reach the profitable sales within the given market
- Responsible to create and make the plan for each item and category and then evaluate and update assortments
- Research and analyze performance within the Sales & Merchandising department to identify opportunities for improvement
- Propose and proceed to use promotional tools to improve sales and promotion performance in order to meet the sales targets
- Be in charge in check and maintain accurate merchandise inventories
- Identify out-of-stock items and work with Purchasing team to order both quality and quantity of materials on time for bulk production
- Lead the training programs for staffs to ensure workflow goes smoothly
- Responsible to plan the report to management
- Other tasks will be discussed further during the interview process
Working Location: Far 100 kms from Hanoi
Working Time: Monday – Saturday
Job Requirements
- Own the Bachelor’s degree or above the related major such as Textile and Garment Technology, Business Management…
- At least 5+ years’ proven experience at the similar position for garment/apparel manufacturing company
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, planning, leadership
- Fluency in English communication.
