Job Descriptions

• Responsible to support Sales teams in identifying new sales opportunities and communicate directly with customer to understand their demands
• Plan and guide the Sourcing and Purchasing teams to source fabric and trims as per the customer requirements and expectation
• Work with relevant teams to ensure the quality, and styling/workmanship of samples as the requirement
• Work closely with Planning and Production teams to understand Factory capability to ensure the production capacity timely and accurately
• Involve the negotiations with customers, suppliers or any relevant sides as needed
• Attend any internal meetings in identifying potential issues during development and bulk production to prevent the problems airing during the whole processes
• Responsible to review leftover materials (fabric and sub-materials) inventory, investigates reasons for leftover, and initiates appropriate action
• Communicate with fabric suppliers to resolve any issues related to fabric quality and delivery if needed
• Make the plan and ensure T&A is properly developed and accepted by the customer
• Always work closely to understand existing and new customer’s requirements and guide staffs and teams of factory to understand and meet the customer requirements and specifications
• Along with internal teams to well prepared for bulk process
• Supervise and check regularly with teams to ensure that product, fabric, and trims are developed and approved according to the timeline specified in the T&A.
• Follow up the Production Progress and solve any problems during the bulk production to ensure best balances the needs and interests between factory and customers
• Ensure that the actual production parameters are within the estimates quoted by the Factories. Investigate if the actual figures deviate from the estimates as needed
• Ensure the ontime delivery as per the customer’s requirement
• Assist Factories in communicating with customer regarding late payments
• Other duties will be reviewed further during the bulk process.

Working Time: Monday  – Friday 

Working Location: Nearby Hanoi

Job Requirements

• At least 15 years’ experience to work in the field of garment with min 6 years’ experience at the similar position
• Strong experience to work with many categories of garment products both knit and woven
• Solid experience to work CMPT, FOB
• Strong skills in management, communication, solving – problem
• Fluent in English skills.
