Job Description
- Lead sample room team to complete customer demand samples/order within requested lead-time and satisfied quality.
- Regular checking all information from Production planning control department issue
- Assign job load into different production section and setup daily productivity target
- To assist at each operation to help and skill the operator, operator view the job order and fit sample, comment on sample to follow instruction to meet all customer requirement
- Leading all workforces to keep sample room working spaces are proper sort and set in order as good working condition environment
- Sharing the best practice and knowledge to sewing operator more understand each brand of buyer requirement
- Lead sample room supervisor for improvement project
Job Requirements
- At least 5 years of experience at the same department in garment/textile manufacturing companies
- Have experience in jacket
- English communication skills
- Management and leadership skills
- Result oriented
- Customer oriented
- Quickly adapt in a high pressure working environment
- Work location: Bac Giang, Vietnam
