Job Description
- Be able to find easy sewing method at the sampling stage and discuss and get approval from the buyer.
- Line setting
- Get sample production done on time
- Must produce right quality garments
- Give appropriate instruction to Supervisor and Operators
- Operator performance check
- Discussion with production and merchandising teams and meeting the plan.
- Motivating operators to produce as per their production capacity and quality
- Analysis of quality data
- Discussion with other team members (like merchants, fabric manager, cutting team, planning, IE team)
Job Requirements
- Graduate or degree/Diploma in Garment Manufacturing
- Very good knowledge of Jackets / outerwear garments manufacturing right from Fabric, cutting, sewing, and finishing.
- Minimum 10 years relevant experience with at least 4-5 years in managerial capacity.
- Good command of Vietnamese and English, both spoken and written
- Good Communications skills and able to interact effectively with a diverse group of people.
- Good leadership abilities and able to work independently and multi-task
- Other important attributes include a good team player, proactiveness and the willingness to work long hours.
