Responsible to managing, training, and providing overall guidance to the sales and marketing teams in Vietnam
Build up the sales and marketing strategies to achieve the individual and the total target of group
Monitor the performance of the sales and marketing teams and motivating staff to meet the target
Communicate with customers and transfer their feedback to Board of Director to take any actions to satisfy them
Travel to potential and existing customers within an assigned sales area to present company offerings
Develop and remain the long-term relationships with customers
Lead the sales management process to assist the sales team members in serving key customers
Delivery a positive and timely response to Customers enquiries and problem resolution
Supervise the sales team fostering a culture of growth, development and performance within the department
Responsible to manage and control to ensure the costs and inventory
Reviews the business performance within the sales and marketing department and provide any suggest/ideas that will drive financial performance
Other tasks will be discussed further during the interview process.

Working Time: Monday – Saturday

Working Location: Nearby Hanoi

At least 8 years’ experience to work at the similar position for garment/textile Company
Strong experience in establishing the good relationship and communication
Willing to travel in Vietnam and abroad
Excellent in English skills.
