Job Descriptions

• Responsible to monitor and make the plan to order the materials of Warehouse department by checking and balancing the quantity and date materials to ensure the standard requirement
• Arrange and prepare the orders for materials from relevant department to ensure that items are being processed according to specifications and time requirements
• Follow up and check regularly to replenish stock
• Responsible to make the plan to supervisor the inventory levels
• Work with related teams to handle any risk for material changing, and solve inventory to prevent the waste and save the expense
• Make the plan with purchasing and production team to ensure the timeline
• Provide information to determine status of current orders and to forecast needs
• Other tasks will be assigned by manager.

Working Time: Monday – Saturday 

Working Location: Long An

Job Requirements

• At least 3 years’ experience to work at the similar position for manufacturing company. Prefer candidates who have experience to work in the field of garment/textile
• Familiar with the process documentation and improvement
• Good at English communication.
