Responsible to monitor all the overall supply chain operation including Merchandising, Planning, Purchasing, Logistic and Warehouse
Responsible to manage and make the plan the budget within the Supply Chain Department based on the business development strategy of Group in Vietnam
Coordinate with related teams to control all the matters related to capacity, critical path, deliveries and embellishments process
Be a partner with global business team of the Group to ensure an effective management of material flow for bulk production process
Responsible to communicate and negotiate with all suppliers to establish effective purchasing process and logistic solutions to ensure all the processes go smoothly and according to the business expansion and development of Group
Responsible to lead the training program for staffs to ensure to improve their skills and knowledge to meet the KPI and target
Remain and expand the network and relationship with local suppliers to negotiate the price, the payment terms and condition and delivery
On behalf of company to work with local authority for related works
Control and instruct staffs to work on Fast React system as the requirement of the Group
Others duties will be reviewed during the interview process
Report directly to CEO.

Working Time: Monday – Saturday

Working Location: Central Vietnam

Graduated the Bachelor or MBA or above the major related to Economy, Foreign Trade, Business Management…
Min 5 years’ experience at the same position for garment manufacturing company with scope from 2,000 labours
Familiar with Fast React system
Problem solving, innovative thinking, communication skills, management skills
Fluent in English communication.
