Job Descriptions

• Responsible to monitor all the activities of planning department
• Coordinate with Sales & Merchandiser Team and Production team to make the production plan based on the capacity of the factory and requirement of customers
• Work with relevant teams to develop the effective forecast models according to the demand of market
• Analyze and find out the solution in order to improve demand forecast accuracy
• Review and work with other relevant teams to analyze for any important changes in sales forecasts, budgets, and business strategies
• Conduct ant meetings related to the production planning
• Responsible to involve in planning annual budgets and costs based on the company’s business plan
• Work regularly with the production team to solve any issues airing the production plan
• Be a leader in organizing training for team members
• Other tasks will be reviewed during the interview process.

Working Location: HCMC

Working Time: Monday – Saturday

Job Requirements

• Graduated from Bachelor’s Degree or above the majors in Business, Supply Chain, or other related fields
• At least 3 years experience to work at the similar position for garment/apparel manufacturing company
• Excellent in English written and verbal skills.
