Job Description

• Prepare annual master plan & analysis monthly production capacity within the factory to determine machinery, manpower & working hour’s requirements for seasonal sales products according to the orders of customers
• Manage and control for BOM & monthly material requirements plan based on master plan & follow up as scheduled
• Lead and submit monthly & weekly production plan for whole factory
• Responsible and submit monthly delivery commitments to customer & follow up with team to meet deadlines.
• Prepare and report production planning schedule to management and customer as per weekly & monthly
• Analyze monthly production data of all the sections compared to the current capacity of the factory to the management
• Make the plan and analyze every material in monthly basis then coordinate with team to follow up with production & purchasing process.
• Research and update to develop and improve PPC system
• Other tasks will be assigned by BOD

Working Time: Monday to Saturday

Working Location: Central Vietnam

Job Requirements

• At least 3 years’ experience as Planning Manager for garment manufacturing company with the size from 1,500 labors
• Good at management and negotiable skills
• Good at English. Chinese speaking is plus
