Job Descriptions

• Responsible to prepare the factory capacity production plans and report to management
• Prepare the production and delivery schedules as requested
• Responsible to monitor the capacity bookings and reservations for each customer with the practical situation of the factory
• Coordinate with Merchandising teams for capacity bookings/ reservations
• Analyze and report the capacity of the factory to the Board of Directors
• Work closely with all relevant factory teams for any changes of production schedule such as Production Team, Merchandiser Team, IE Team in order to achieve the targets
• Monitor daily production actual and evaluate weekly performances with plans which are set
• Follow up order completion process until on time delivery
• Provide advice/ training programs for staffs
• Other tasks will be discussed during the interview process

Working Time: Monday – Saturday

Working Location: Central Vietnam

Job Requirements

• At least 5 years experience at the same position for garment/apparel company with size from 2,000 labors
• Strong experience in management and problem – solving
• Expert in using ERP software: FAST REACT
• Fluent in English communication
