Job Description

• Planning, designing, implementing, following up and improving the Global Process Sustainability (GPS) system of the plant (including safety, health, environment, energy …)
• Proposing initiatives to maintain and strengthen the compliance cultural and implementation within plant
• Guaranteeing the execution of Management Reviews according to the frequency stated by the Company policies.
• Leading the GPS plant certification and regional compliance audit processes
• Creating foundation of Compliance structure and implementation approach to align with corporate at the following areas
• Developing and supporting the training process of all plant associates on Compliance and GPS guidelines.
• Evaluating the efficiency of controls and improve them continuously
• Cooperating with HR department to monitor enforcement of standards and requirements

Job Requirements

* Education:

• Bachelor degree on environment, safety or related field

* Knowledge & Trainings:

• Compliance background

* Experience:

• At least 06 years working in the same position
• Ability to learn new systems, programs and methods
• Excellent written and oral communication skills
• Fluency in English
• Ability to work under high pressure
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office, Excel, PowerPoint
