Job Description

  • Responsible to implement and conduct compliance audits of dominated factories in Vietnam in order to evaluate the compliance with Vietnam Labor Law
  • Communicate and provide any support/advice about the compliance matters for partners if necessary
  • Coordinate with relevant parties in audit process by preparing reports; providing information during the meetings with factories.
  • Be in charge or making the plan for audit schedules and arrange the audit date and then inform to all the relevant parties.
  • Make the report and send to audit team before audit date
  • Send all the document that relevant sides need to prepare before audit team come to their factories.
  • Attend all the meeting with factories before the audit team visit their factories
  • Work with team check labor documents (employment contracts, JD, Code of Labour..)
  • Check with team of factory to provide these document: working hour records, OT, Disciplinary notices, payroll, company regulation,…
  • Check some documents within the factory such as fire certificate, maternity register…
  • After check all related document and practices at the factory, hold the meeting with BOD of factory and inform to them all findings/issues related to compliance
  • Responsible to take action plan and audit result to send to customers
  • Update the knowledge of Local and International by participating in training courses; maintaining personal networks; participating in professional organizations.
  • Other tasks will be discussed further during the interview process
  • Report directly to Country Manager

Working Location: Home – Based

Working Time: Monday to Saturday

Job Requirements

  • At least 3 years of experience in the field of social compliance, sustainability, ESG/CSR. Experience in conducting social compliance audits is a plus
  • Good understanding of social compliance audits (Sedex, WRAP, SLCP, Higg, etc.) and auditing principles and practices
  • Fluent in English.
