Job Description

• Responsible for all operations related to compliance based on the requirements of Vietnam laws (Labor code, Occupational hygiene law, safety law, Social insurance law, Fire prevention law, Environmental protective law, Chemical safety law, Food safety law, Economical and efficient use of energy law, …)
• Partner and responsible for evaluations and requirements of customers such as Better Work project, Higg index, CO2 reduction and energy projects…
• Research, improve and develop programs like Health – Safety – Environmental (HSE) and social compliance
• Update and manage ISO (ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 45001) and C-TPAT
• Update and implement HSE/ ISO/ C-TPAT policies and conduct risk assessments to find out potential issues and make the plan to solve them
• Be in charge and be host of HSE/ ISO/ C-TPAT Meetings daily, weekly or monthly if necessary
• Responsible and coordinate with relevant teams within the Group to conduct the training programs for all factories in Vietnam to make sure all employers understand and be aware of compliance issues such as Occupational hygiene, safety, Fire prevention, Environmental protection…
• Coordinate and investigate incidents within the factories
• Be in charge all reports according to the requirement of customers, Board of management and authorities of Government
• Conduct and lead internal/external audits including HSE/ ISO/ C-TPAT
• Plan and build environmental strategy, baseline & targets.
• Responsible to welcome customers, 3rd parties, authorities… to visit and audit factory which belongs to CSR matters
• Work closely with all related departments to ensure all CSR activities go smoothly
• Other duties will be reviewed during the interview process

Working Time: Monday to Saturday

Working Location: Hanoi

Job Requirements

• At least 6 years’ experience at the same position for large garment/textile manufacturing company with the scope from 3,000 labors
• Solid knowledge and experience in Safety/ Environment /Social Accountability/ Management system ISO 9001, ISO 14000, ISO 45001 and C-TPAT..
• Willing to travel if any
• Fluent in English
