Job Description

  • Support the company and Board of Director in employee communication, talent development, performance management, and succession planning and talent acquisition.
  • Coordinate with all departments in internal factories and Group to build and lead training needs based on the orientation of business growth
  • Work with relevant teams to implement HR programmers such as culture, performance management and talent management.
  • Plan and manage the performance of each department including employee communications, advisory and guidance to managers.
  • Partner with educational institution about internship and partnership programs for the future human resources for the Company.
  • Work closely with recruitment team to remain, updated and develop the recruitment strategies and channels to ensure to source the qualified candidates
  • Build the plan, control and ensure the efficient and effective training budget
  • Manage, follow and evaluate on training effectiveness as planned
  • Change initiatives and ensure all the employers to instill Group’s culture and values
  • Work with Management Teams to build the company’s culture and values
  • Coordinate and assist the CSR teams in employee engagement, brand and culture building
  • Other duties will be discussed during the interview process

Working Time: Monday to Saturday

Working Location: Vietnam 

Job Requirements

  • Min 6 years as HR business partner in the large manufacturing company
  • Strong communication and management skills
  • Strong consulting and coaching skills
  • Result driven, self-motivated and confident in delivering and executing radical HR solutions
  • Excellent in English
