Job Description

  • Build and develop HR plans and policies according to the company’s overall development plan
  • Responsible for manpower planning and recruitments
  • Lead the induction programs for the new comers
  • Study and update the current compensation trends in the market and build the compensation plans and policies
  • Work with other departments to develop and implement the system of the performance evaluation for the company
  • Coordinate with the Finance and Accounting department for processing of employee payrolls and payments
  • Analyze the training needs and develop training programs for all departments
  • Develop, implement and maintaining a proper organizational structure, disciplinary policies, recruitment processes and policies for employees…
  • Manage the end of service benefits settlement and exit procedures for employees
  • Build and remain a good internal communication system within the company
  • Liaison with agencies/organizations (Govt./Private), compliance Auditors, fire & civil defense department, labor office, Environment office…
  • Other tasks will be assigned by the Board of Director

Working Time: Monday to Saturday (off 2 Saturday per month)

Working Location: HCMC

Job Requirements

  • Min 5 years’ experience at the same position for manufacturing company. Candidate with Garment/Textile experience is preferable
  • Excellent management and solving – problem skills
  • Fluent in English
