Responsible for CSR activities such as: audit, C-TPAT implementation…
Build up the strategic plan for manufacturing and satisfied the standard of customer and ensure the company’s budget
Study and update all policies and procedures such as: HR policies, CSR policies
On behalf of company to present and introduce CSR activities for Customer
Check and find out some issues of the factory such as noisy, toxic, and then compare with the Code of Conduct or the Law and provide the solution to improve
Research and implement zero waste and Environmentally Ecofriendly at working place
Implement and monitor CT-PAT at working place
Coordinate with HR department to build up the training program for all of top management on how to REMEDIATE in workplace and office
Provide any methods to reduce VOC, wastewater, VRC, GHG emission
Responsible to make monthly compliance report for Customer
Other tasks will be discussed further during the interview process.

Working Time: Monday – Saturday

Working Location: Hai Phong

Min 3 years at the similar position for manufacturing company, prefer candidates who has experience to work in the field of garment
Good experience in occupational health and safety
Prefer candidates who has certified by HIGG, ISO45001, SA8000, BSCI, WRAP
Good communication in English.
