Job Descriptions

  • Support manager in building up and supervising all the operation and policies of employee relations within the company
  • Responsible to remain and provide any changes for employee relations aspects as per the business structure of organization
  • Coordinate with HR Department to contribute and develop employee relation strategies and policies in order to ensure to comply with the business demand of organization
  • Work with all departments of the company to provide any advice/suggestion on employee relations matters to ensure their effective management
  • Research and update the current labour laws ensure to comply with the company’s Human Resource policies and strategies
  • Assist Employee Relation Manager to monitor the team effectively to ensure that the objectives are met.
  • Coordinate with relevant team to make the plan in management of employee services; company event programs; discipline policy; health care; CSR, etc
  • Conduct the survey about the employee satisfaction with all the polices of company and provide any solutions/ideas to management
  • Responsible to handle Internal and external relation.
  • Responsible to implement the company compliance, labor and ethics
  • Perform other duties assigned by manager.

Working Location: Binh Duong

Working Time: Monday – Saturday

Job Requirements

  • At least 5 years of experience at the similar position for garment manufacturing company
  • Deeply – understand of Vietnam Labor Law
  • Responsible, good team player, supportive, work-oriented, cooperative
  • Good communication in English.
