Job Description

  • Responsible for the operation activities in HR Department
  • Research the target and strategy of company in order to plan and implement the workforce’s schedule including recruiting, integration, retention, internal manpower transfer or layoff
  • Manage and control the human resource activities including employee relationship, complaint, labor disputes, termination, disciplinary matters, performance management, promotion, compensation & benefits, recognition, training and development… to ensure to comply with company’s policies and buyer’s standard
  • Support to build and develop the Human Resource policies and procedures to make sure follow up with company’s policies and buyer’s standard & requirement
  • Research and analyze competitors within the same areas and then propose the suitable policies according to the goal of company’s business development and keep to motivated and retain employees
  • Participate and consult the internal learning & development programs and overseeing the implement process
  • Responsible for training and coaching staff in HR Department
  • Assist CSR activities for all factories within the Group if required
  • Other duties will be discussed further during the interview process

Working Time: Monday to Saturday 

Working Location: Nam Dinh

Job Requirements

  • Graduated relevant Bachelor or above in Human Resource Management, Administrative Management, Laws…
  • At least 10 years experience in the field of HR
  • Proven experience in relationship management, communication, leadership..
  • Honestly and self motivation
  • Fluent 4 skills in English
