Job Description

  • Responsible to make the plan for Manpower and budgeting and Review the Monthly Capacity Plan
  • Be in charge in monitoring all recruitment process including: sourcing CVs, shortlisting candidates, screening, arranging & conducting interviews, preparing job offers & job descriptions.
  • Control on boarding & inductions programs for new staffs
  • Work with Legal Department to prepare the contracts and employment documentation.
  • Build and prepare the Succession Plan & KPI’s for all Managerial levels.
  • Plan to evaluate the monthly/quarterly/yearly Performance for all the employees.
  • Oversee the training program, Budget and reports.
  • Monitor the attendance system and make the monthly timesheet in the payroll for all staffs
  • Responsible to manage the files for all company’s employees
  • Supervisor the HR System and its database such as application form, leave form and Personnel Form.
  • Ensure the HR policies & procedures are complied with the current laws
  • Support Compliance and CRS teams in the audit exercises to ensure the processes are compliant and efficient.
  • Responsible to build and implement Processes promotions, resignation and termination, Employees engagement and retain program.
  • Responsible solve employee relations and labor relations issues, including investigations and grievances.
  • Ensure that all Health, Safety and Environment at Work and Company policies are implemented as the regulation
  • Other tasks will be reviewed during the interview process
  • Report directly to Board of Management

Working Time: Monday to Saturday 

Working Location: Nearby Hanoi

Job Requirements

  • Own Bachelor or above in the field of Human Resource Management, Administrative Management, Laws…
  • At least 8 years experience at the similar position for large foreign manufacturing groups in Vietnam. Candidate with experience in garment/textile/footwear is a plus
  • Fluent 4 skills in English communication
