Job Description

  • Responsible to develop and implement HR strategies based on the business development orientation of the organization.
  • Oversee the HR strategies, systems and procedures
  • Provide the strategies and plan for performance evaluation, training and development etc related to human factor and HR matters including compensation and benefits.
  • Supervise to ensure to comply with the internal policies and legal standards
  • Make plan and implement training programs for all department within the company
  • Monitor and manage performance evaluation process
  • Build and develop HR policies and ensure all employees are aware and comply with them.
  • Manage and allocate the budget of HR department
  • Manage the recruitment, selection process, workforce plan, employee retention and turnover rates
  • Deal with grievances and violations invoking disciplinary action when required
  • Always ensure legal compliance by human resource management
  • Monitor daily activities of the HR department
  • Other duties will be reviewed further during the interview process

Working Time: Monday to Saturday

Working Location: Central Vietnam

Job Requirements

  • At least 5 years experience at the similar position for manufacturing company. Prefer candidates who has experience to work in garment/textile company
  • Good skills and experience in relationship management, communication, problem – solving
  • Fluent in English
