Work with Production team and other relevant teams make the forecast of the number of required new sewers as per month
Coordinate with teams of Recruitment & Development to ensure the qualified trainers to maintain trainer-to-new worker according to Group orientation.
Work with Head of Mechanic Department to ensure adequate machines for the training needs.
Plan to build, develop and implement training program for new sewers
Ensure training methods are complied with the Methods Best Practices
Responsible to review new sewer training progress to ensure to meet the target
Implement to test and develop new methods for training new sewers to make sure this methods are more efficiently
Hold the meetings with new sewers to discuss their concerns and feedback in order to help them to integrate the culture as well as improve their skills
Responsible to arrange trainers to help sewers who still not perform well on a consistent basis and provide guidance where necessary.
Arrange training program for sewers with new styles
Identify key expectations of new sewers for their jobs.
Work with relevant teams to build relationships and meet the expectations of customers to create high customer engagement.
Provide differential recognition and recommendations for reward incentives for all the department
Other tasks will be discussed during the interview process

Working Time: Monday – Friday

Working Location: Vinh Phuc

At least 4 years experience to work at the similar position for manufacturing sectors. Experience to work at garment/textile factory is a plus
Strong experience in management skills, organization skill, presentation skill and communication skill
Fluent in English (4 skills)
