Job Description

  • Responsible for the Human Resource of company and to utilize the available human resources in a productive manner to accomplish the corporate objectives
  • Manage and control the human resource activities including employee relationship, complaint, labor disputes, and termination for both Vietnamese and expats employees
  • Responsible to make the plan for Manpower and effective recruitment program
  • Monitor and Responsible for payroll processing and payroll reconciliation process
  • Responsible for implementing and maintaining Disciplinary Management procedure & effective grievance handling procedure
  • Coordinate with all the departments of the company to set up the Performance Management process including goal setting, Performance Appraisal &evaluations process for the entire staff and reward them based on their annual achievements
  • Responsible for the HR and Administration policies according to the group’s orientation
  • Work with Head of each department and lead for Training and Development, Succession Planning, Training Analysis and fulfill Training needs for all employees of company
  • Responsible to maintain the training programs and manage the training budget effectively
  • Be in charge of making Job Description by discussing with line managers
  • Responsible for Reward & Recognition Program and welfare activities for all employees within the company
  • Responsible for organizing Annual Trips and other special events such as Lunar Tet, Women’s day, company’s birthday…
  • Other task will be reviewed during the interview process

Working Time: Monday to Saturday

Working Location: Nearby Hanoi

Job Requirements

  • Own the Bachelor of above in Human Resource Management, Administrative management, laws…
  • At least 8 years experience at the same position for manufacturing with the size from 3,000 labors
  • Proven experience in relationship management, communication, leadership..
  • Proficiency in English
