Job Description

• Manager in delivering EC P&L , achieving the budget net revenue and budget EBITDA profitability.
• Develop the online business model: Boost the online channel in order to access to more new customers, and increase the repeating purchases offline stores
• Structure the multiple EC sales channel and websites to maximize the EC sales, profitability and own website
• Invest in technology & automation to achieve the EC business target such as customer order
• Integrate the current EC IT software with GPOS and Capillary to ensure the seamlessly sales recognition and financial KPIs.
• Target to capture younger consumer segment via different product/merchandizing with offline, use digital marketing effectively and efficiently , and support to promote the brand.
• Control EC inventory
• Improve the operational efficiencies: warehouse, logistics etc

Working location: Hanoi – Vietnam

Working time: Office hours from Monday to Saturday

Job Requirements

• Strong retail industry experience with international businesses, prefer in fashion and cosmetics fields
• At least 5 years of e-commerce experience for Cosmetic , Retail, Apparel industry
• Experience in merchandise planning, marketing/promotions, branding, sale, back office operations including logistics, warehousing, and after sale services etc.
• Familiar with digital marketing/branding
• Leadership and management skills
• Experienced with EC business basic financial and operational KPIs
• Vietnamese & English proficiency
