Job Description

* Supervise the work of the team personnel:

• Cooperate with Customer/authority to implementing the local law and SEA
• Develop SEA/HSE/C-TPAT policy and ensure the implement in the practice
• Maintain and develop 3 management system
• Ensure the effective of HSEC and internal audit
• Conduct and follow up T2 audit and implement
• Report SEA/HSE and Integrate Management system
• In charge in public relation/activity and Compliance project

* Make periodic reports or unexpected:

• Ensure the implement SEA policy, plan and KPI in Factory and Dept
• Self- Governance SEA activity plan and action, self-evaluation an correct action and report to SEA
• Support the SEA/HSEC activities an Perform the plan and activity in FTY/Dept
• Attend the monthly meeting and training on SEA

* Coordination:

• Meeting of with BOD
• Meeting of Vietnamese managers
• Meeting of HSECommiteeCommittee of HRM

* Draft policies and procedures related to the HSE system

* CT-PAT Management

* Minor Duties:

• Coordinate implementation of ISO, alF, CTPAT
• Resolving questions complaint for HSE
• Planning for training
• Next agency management, custemer when Sustainibility Manager absent
• Make announce, dispatch

Job Requirements

• Bachelor Degree
• Fluent in English (listening, reading, speaking, writing)
• Excellent in Microsoft Office app, email, internet searching
• Have at least 5 years experiences in managing HSE
• Good management skill, team leader skill
• Can work under pressure
• Candidates who live in Bac Giang are prefered
