Job Descriptions

• Responsible to ensure the activity of IE system including making operation breakdown, controlling operation breakdown of factory, CM quotation, standardized operation, researching to develop sample to ensure the operations smoothly
• Responsible the accuracy of figure of SAM, CM quotation, embroidery price and operation breakdown
• Coordinate with mechanic team to ensure the reasonability, saving and effective in using all kinds of machines of the company
• Involve in audit, evaluation of working results of IE staff periodically or unusually and report directly to Technology Director about the working results of IE staff
• Communicate and support IE staff of other factories of company in North side to follow up the performance of the Technology procedures and rules
• Research and provide ideas/innovations in order to maintain and improve the Technology system to Technology Director
• Lead and plan the training programs for IE staffs within the factories in North side about Technology system and IE functions
• Perform other tasks by manager.

Working Location: Hanoi

Working Time: Monday – Saturday Morning

Job Requirements

• At least 3 years of experience at the same position in the industrial garment field
• A proven – experience in problem-solving and collaboration skill
• Good skills in training and motivating staff
• Prefer candidates who own Certificate of GSD
• Fluent in English communication skills.
