Using GSD for productivity improvement and analysis
Working with Merchandising Department to make an estimated productivity.
Style simplification and method improvement -re-analyzed the evaluated garment for better and economical methods to reduce the SAM per garment.
Responsibility for making and approving OBs. Releasing style OBs and line layout adhere to scheduled plan.
Training & supervise the Sewing lines to make sure they follow the OB & line layout.
Needs to audit factory and lines to ensure the operation bulletin and line layout are followed by line supervisor.
Analyzed the finished styles to take initiative on lean manufacturing for continuous improvement, learning of lean tools and looking for scope of implementation in the factory
Employee production Productivity/Incentive report monitoring (KPI) and set up benchmark report.
Be responsible for co-ordination with other department heads such as: Planning Department for improving the pre-production activities and with Human Resource Department for training progress.
Report & consult with Board of Directors on the wage/incentive scheme as well as other management initiatives.

Experience: at least 10 years of working in equivalent position in Garments companies
Good at English Communication
Nationality: Vietnamese / Expat
Academic level: University Degree in related fields
