Job Descriptions

• Responsible to make the sewing line balance based on the capacity of factory including human resource and machine
• Work with relevant teams to prepare the machines, workers, and needed equipment for bulk production process
• Research and study the new sewing methods in order to improve the productivity, and quality of products
• Research and propose any methods to eliminate the waste of time, material, person-hour
• Work with internal team to follow up the sewing line production and time study for each worker
• Other duties will be detailed during the interview process.

Working Time: Monday – Saturday 

Working Location: Bac Giang

Job Requirements

• Min 2+ years’ experience to work at the similar position for Garment Company
• Have knowledge about GSD, prefer candidates who have GSD certificate
• Good at English communication.
