Responsible to monitor all the operation activities of production of factory including the process of sewing, finishing and shipment
Responsible to ensure the target as the company’s strategies including safety, quality, efficiency, cost, productivity, leanness, innovation, and automation in production process
Implement Lean principles into manufacturing in order to eliminate waste, improve production efficiency, and reduce costs in the production process
Responsible to optimize in the sewing lines to balance works, minimize problems and ensure efficiency
Work with relevant teams to build the continuous improvement process
Coordinate with HR department to build the training programs for all the staffs in factory to ensure they are skilled staffs
Build up and follow the key performance indicators (KPIs) to improve the efficiency of production to make sure to meet the target
Responsible to allocate human resources and machines of factory to ensure line balance and production goals are achieved.
Work with the quality team to maintain high quality standards as per the requirement of customers
Ensure the production costs as target
Check and follow the warehouse to ensure to minimize excess inventory and related costs

Working Time: Monday – Saturday

Working Location: Nearby Hanoi

At least 4 years’ experience to work at the similar position for FDI garment manufacturing company
Deep understanding of line balancing techniques and experience in optimizing production lines in garment field
Familiar with Lean, 5S…
Excellent problem solving and analytical skills
Strong leadership and effective team management skills
Fluency in English communication.
