Responsible to set up the vision, mission, strategy & direction of R & D Department to ensure to comply with Group’s business development
Set up Key Goals for the Department and lead the team to achieve the goals
Ensure to implement a Continuous Improvement (CI) in any activity of the Department & Company
Organize and attending in various internal meetings
Responsible to monitor R & D Department and motivate staffs to perform with a high level of creativity and own initiative to perform both customer driven R&D projects and internal R&D projects
Ensure that all the staffs of R & D Dept are trained to follow the company’s procedures and use the ERP system to manage the workflow
Work with teams to improve document system / SOP (Standard Operation Procedure)
Responsible to allocate and make plan for sample making to ensure samples delivered on time as per requirement
Participate in training programs for staffs to make sure they are aware and understand the key processes
Improve staffs’ personal skills
Implement Monthly Performance Evaluation of staffs based on the company’s standard
Recruitment and retention of staffs within the department
Manage the department according to SA8000 standard and company’s CSR standards
Research, learn and suggest relevant technological developments within the industry
Develop new processes and tools for production, follow up “Development for production” concept
Other tasks will be reviewed further during the interview

Working Time: Monday to Saturday

Working Location: Nam Dinh

At least 4 years experience at the similar position for Garment Company
Experience to work with high tech products including, seam sealing, outdoor wear…
Basic understanding of machines and technology for garment production
Ability to learn about new technologies, methods and raw materials applied for the production of technical garments
Good at English communication
