Job Description

* Objective:

  • The purpose of this role is to provide high quality service to customers including internal as well as external customers through the professional manner and to support sales force effectively and timely.

* Roles and Responsibilities:

  • Check and assign premium receipt to agents/collectors at local office/GA base on the Company procedure
  • Receive and check carefully new application form and attached personal documents (customer’s ID, health delaration…) from agents to make sure that all application forms & customer’s personal papers are completed in line with Company rules
  • Receive all kinds of premium (initial, renewal, APL/loan payment…) to make sure that all transactions are correctly input into system
  • Manage strictly cash and receipt to make sure that cash, receipt and report are reconciled at day-end
  • Receive and check carefully policy owner’s requests related to their policies to make sure that all customer’s requests are exactly submitted
  • Handle customer complaints within the job holder’s accountability
  • Process the express payment at counter
  • Support agency force on admin tasks and other tasks that are delagated by team leaders and supervisors

* Communication Requirements

  • Internal (30%) – CS team, staffs of other Dept., agency-AEs
  • External (70%) – Customers, agent, AL
  • Most challenging type of communication: Ensures that customer’s complaints are well handed in line with company guidelines and give customer satisfaction.

Job Requirements

  • University graduate, preferably in Assurance, Accounting
  • Experience: 2+ years working experience in life Insurance or customer service
  • Good communication skill, basic English
  • Faithful, proactive, creative thinking to develop new ideas, good at problem solving skill
  • Good computer skills: Word, Excel, Microsoft Outlook
