Job Descriptions

• Responsible to monitor the Tech issues from fit sample to PP sample.
• Review pattern and provide the suggest to ensure the correction pattern based on current fit sample and comment of Buyers
• Responsible to review all samples before submitting to Buyers
• Call out any potential issue which can occur on the bulk production during the sample process
• Suggest the similar construction while reviewing sample, work with Buyer for suggestion..
• Responsible to solve tech issue during the process of Buyer’s comment, and making sample
• Coordinate work with internal teams such as Merchandiser, sample room and pattern marker to solve issue and be a partner with Buyer to communicate any issues if having
• Check patterns before proceed sample as well as preproduction
• Call out grading rules
• Other tasks will be reviewed during the interview process.

Working Time: Monday – Saturday Morning

Working Location: Hanoi

Job Requirements

• At least 12 years’ experience to work in garment industry and min 4 years’ experience at the similar position for Garment Company
• Good experience in fitting, garment construction and pattern making
• Fluent in using design software
• Proficiency  in English communication.
