Job Description

• Develop appropriate Sale & Marketing strategy through market study, competitor review and customer analysis
• Prepare Sale reports and annual Sales & Marketing plan
• Create effective program/method to promote and accelerate the achievement of sales goals within the approved plan and budget (monthly & quarterly)
• Direct and implement an action plan to approach new potential customers in the targeted market
• Manage and update the Customer database
• Perform customer satisfaction survey and develop customer service programs
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure customers’ ongoing success and satisfaction
• Perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned.

• Working time: Office hours from Monday – Saturday
• Working location: Hanoi

*  Salary is up to 3,000$ and KPI salary with targets achievements up to 2,000$

Job Requirements

• At least 10 years of Sale experience in Apparel & Textile Industry with knowledge of EU & US market
• At least 5 years working as a manager level with full responsibility
• Must be results-driven and dedicated towards goals
• Excellent English communication
