Job Descriptions
- Work directly with manager of all departments within the factory
- Plan and arrange sewing lines for workers, check the list, ensure materials and machinery are completed before the bulk production
- Arrange and hold the PP meeting
- Check to ensure all the staffs at the factory to comply with company regulations
- Motivate workers to achieve goals and efficiency to meet the quality standards from customers
- Solve potential problems in the production lines, promote efficiency and balance the line applying the 4M method
- Check with relevant teams to ensure on-time delivery according to customer requirements
- Ensure the Health, Safety and Environment within the area of factory
- Arrange leave for workers and team leaders in the management area
- Other tasks will be discussed further during the interview process.
Working Time: Monday – Saturday
Working Location: Bac Giang
Job Requirements
- At least 4 years’ experience to work at the similar position for garment manufacturing company
- Proven – experience in making the production plan, human – beings management and garment manufacturing process
- Good at English communication.
