Job Descriptions

• Responsible to support Factory Director in reviewing all Po’s status from all teams in order to check and monitor the capacity of factories can meet due date
• Analyze and balance order quantity and factory capacity to inform Sales and Merchandiser department to re-arrange
• Be in charge to handle all problems of pre-production such as the difference between pattern and spec sheet, sewing technique, PP sample, etc…before bulk production
• Work with sample room to control all sample plans
• Manage, control and solving all problems arising during the bulk production process such as sewing way, cutting way, defect fabric/trim, short fabric/trim, late delivery, etc…
• Ensure the Health, Safety and Environment within the factory
• Involve to training programs for new staffs or supervisor with new styles
• Other duties will be review on the interview.

Working Time: Monday – Saturday 

Working Location: Nghe An

Job Requirements

• At least 5 years’ experience to work at the similar position for garment manufacturing company
• Have a good knowledge about Lean, 5S..in manufacturing
• Good at English communication.
