Responsible to operate the floor workshop to ensure the company development objectives, statutory, regulatory requirements, buyers social and quality compliance requirements
Monitor from Cutting to Finishing in the production floor
Forecast the Manpower and Machine according to the factory’s capacity
Responsible to improve performance on production plan, workflow process, training, sewing line, manpower ratios, and quality
Work with relevant teams to set up standardization for workflow, work instructions, inventory, definitions, KPI, and work measurements
Build up and apply the Lean concept and innovation on production floor
Coordinate with quality department to ensure quality standard as per the customer’s requirement
Manage to ensure the on time delivery
Hold the daily/weekly/urgently meetings to forecast and analyze the risk during the pre/during production process and find out the actions to fix issues
Work with IE teams to set up manpower, machinery, materials and methods to ensure best layout, proper process, techniques and reasonable expenses
Ensure the cost of components, process cost and works cost are on budget
Ensure that employees follow rules, regulations and the company`s system
Other tasks will be discussed during the interview process.

Working Time: Monday – Saturday

Working Location: Indonesia

At least 10 years’ experience at the similar position for Garment Company with good experience / performance in technical garment / woven garments manufacturer
Must have to be good at both Indonesian and English languages.
