Job Descriptions

• Responsible to build up and set up the KPI for mechanic teams within the context of the factory business plan
• Transfer and provide the guide to staffs the Mechanic Annual Operating Plan to ensure to meet the goals
• Responsible to manage and control the number of machines at the warehouse and get input from the Industrial Engineering Manager to forecast the future machinery needs
• Coordinate with suppliers and Purchasing Teams to discuss spare part requirements and propose purchasing plan based on forecasted needs. Ensure spare parts sourced by Purchasing as per the requirement of specification and quality
• Follow up and balance inventory holding costs with machine down-time costs. Monitor and maintain spare parts inventory to target level
• Update and propose to apply the latest machine technologies in the market
• Work with internal department within the factory such as Sample Room, Production, Continuous Improvement and QA to develop new work aids, machine modifications, and automation design to enhance production efficiency and quality
• Work with related teams to validate the machinery needs for production of new styles
• Coordinate with IE department for preparing the machines, moving them into the line and monitoring and reducing style changeover time and provide personal support to areas where the target is not being met as needed
• Monitor the machine safety audit results and provide technical support to solve machine safety issues
• Responsible to make the plan to Machine Maintenance and Repair and report to management
• Lead to train staff to ensure they well – understand machines and improve their skills to achieve the target
• Other tasks will be reviewed during the interview process.

Working Time: Monday  – Saturday 

Working Location: Nearby Hanoi

Job Requirements

• Graduated from College/ University the related majors such as: Industry Engineer, Automation…
• At least 5 years’ experience to work at the similar position for garment manufacturing company
• Good at management and communication skills
• Good at English skill.
