Job Description
- Make legal advices for internal departments of company
- Negotiate with partners, suppliers and customers by English
- Compose and review contracts by English
- Attend the meeting of the Board of Director and Shareholders (listen to and rewrite the meeting in bilingual English – Vietnamese)
Working hours: Office hours from Monday – Saturday Morning
Working location: Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam
Job Requirements
- Have 6+ years working experience at the same position
- Bachelor of Law (graduate from high quality class of Law University HCM or study abroad is an advantage)
- Good at English
- Strong knowledge of computer skills
- Analytical and problem solving skills
- Task management and time management skills
- Communication and persuade skills
