Meeting with Sample Room to discuss and develop new methods when we apply mass production
Make a report about the performance and advice for process improvement
Manpower, machine calculation for new style coming
Responsibility to reduce labor cost and material lost
Take responsibility for production master plan to meet production target
Tracking output/quality/efficiency and discuss with relative Dept. to solve & improve production quality to meet Buyer standard
Maintain, establish and communicate with appropriate production performance measures and cost
Take responsibility for ensuring all production staff working with safety environment
Reduce process defect rate and improve batch reject rate
Review process to ensure its effective and efficiency
Manage production process from start to finish smoothly running (Cutting -> Sewing -> Finishing -> Packing).
Arrangement Technician to support line production
Estimate raw materials needed to provide production plan
Make sure employee was trained before start working in production line and follow up work instruction
Make strategic decision as necessary to alter production schedule when time limitations are reached or as customer requirement
Manage KPI for production: Quantity, Quality, Productivity, Loss matter
Coordinate with others department to solve problem related to production issue
Set up, adjust, implement, and control production schedules
Control and ensure we are following quality standard of production line

Working hours: Office hours from Monday – Saturday

Working location: Bac Giang Province, Vietnam (Accommodation is available)

At least 5 years at the same position with experience working in the garment manufacturing company with size 1,000 labors
Good at English
